Seven Steps was born as a result of my many years of experience.
Sport led me down the path that forever set my course! Love for the human body has created a deeper need for study, exploration and practice.
Pilates and Yoga among the other many techniques and practices were a stop on my route. They brought a sense of peace because they eliminated all physical pains creating relief, flexibility and freedom of movement, primarily to me and then to my students. Giving up that the man needed something else in order to rest and relax, he was awakened.
within me the need to approach him with various techniques of massage and alternative therapy.
I understood that the soul needed a goal, a vision to be directed and a way to express itself. This led me to my subsequent studies on mentoring and then wellness mentoring.
And somewhere here was missing the joy and so began the acro-yoga, the game, that
We just need to be kids again.
One step led me to the other and so Seven Steps was created, a palette of colors, available as a tool on the canvas of your life!
What is Seven Steps?
Seven Steps is an Integrated Physical Health Services System.
Man is a complex and multidimensional being. Osho said the body is the invisible soul. The human body is the starting point for a promising journey towards longevity and spiritual elevation.
Why does it stand out?
Seven Steps has a broad perspective on the human body.
It stands out because through the body it works in order to reach a deeper destination, the spiritual dimension that is innate to all of us. The more man is connected to his spiritual quality, the more his body comes to terms with the environment and the complex laws that surround it. Then the body’s systems coordinate with each other but also at a universal rate that powers the body’s energy. Man in this way, as he progresses, feels every day more and more healthy, happy, peaceful and creative.
